New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Let first 3 ingredients above stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Then whip the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Then blend together with all the ingredients, except eggs.
With electric mixer, beat each egg individually into batter.
