Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

2 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

On waxed paper, combine flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Coat both sides of pork chops.
In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook pork chops 7 to 8 minutes until tender and golden brown on both sides.
