Beer Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt (as desired)
    1/4 to 1/2 can beer (depending on consistency desired)
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Let soften, then add all ingredients except beer.
    Use mixer or blender to mix.
    Add beer slowly while mixing, using as much as needed to make spread consistency desired.
