Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water; set aside.
    Mix 2 cups water, egg, oil and sugar; add to yeast mixture.
    Stir in flour, mixing thoroughly.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
