Oatmeal Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked oats
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. instant espresso powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted with 6 Tbsp. butter
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 375\u00b0. Lightly grease 8-inch square baking pan. Mix oats, flour, sugars, espresso powder, baking soda and salt
    in a\tbowl.
    Stir
    in
    semi-sweet
    chocolate and butter mixture, eggs,
    vanilla
    and walnuts until well blended. Pour into prepared baking
    pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan
    on
    wire rack
    at
    least 4 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
