Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can corn
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt in large skillet. Drain and add tomatoes, beef broth, corn, rice and chili powder. Be sure to dissolve beef cube in 1 1/4 cups water.
    Heat until boiling.
    Remove from heat; stir and cover.
    Ready in 10 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
