Chicken Ala King For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 gal. chicken broth
1 (50 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. pimentos, diced
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
12 lb. diced chicken
3 (2 1/2 lb.) bags peas and carrots
1/2 gal. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. butter
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large kettle, melt butter.
Add flour and stir to make paste.
Add broth gradually while stirring.
Cook until thickened. In second kettle, parboil vegetables.
Stir into gravy.
Blend in chicken and heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over baking powder biscuits.
