Microwave Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 stick margarine
1 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white sugar
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats and margarine (which has been broken into small chunks).
Stir until margarine melts.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add oats and margarine. Mix well.
Add white sugar and eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into utility dish.
Bake 12 minutes, turning dish often.
