Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cut-up chicken
6 oz. box wild rice or wild rice and white mix
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. dry stuffing mix (crumbled type)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except stuffing.
Pour into lightly greased casserole.
Sprinkle stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 8.
