Cheezy Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
1 egg
diced jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese

Preparation

Stir together and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
