Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    5 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen turnips
Preparation
    Cook turnips according to directions on package.
    Fold in sugar, egg, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mix Ritz cracker crumbs with melted butter.
    Put turnip mixture in oven-proof casserole.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Cook 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
