Poor Man'S Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can water-packed tuna
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions or minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder or salt
    lemon juice
    won ton skins
Preparation
    Rinse tuna and flake.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Cream the cream cheese and add the onions, sauce and garlic powder.
    Mix in tuna.
    Spread 1 teaspoon of filling in each won ton skin.
    Fold over and fry in hot oil until lightly browned.
