Beanless Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 c. crushed tomatoes
Preparation

Cook meat, garlic, onion and green pepper in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat.
Cook until onion is soft and meat has lost its pink color.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
Let simmer longer for even better flavor.
