Baked Haddock Or Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock or other firm white fish
white wine
1 small onion, diced
2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
-
Grease casserole dish.
Cover fish with white wine and allow to marinate.
Time not important.
Place marinated fish in bottom of casserole.
Toss bread cubes and onions together with salt and pepper to taste.
