Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Bits
    Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes in the oven or microwave until it just reaches the done point.
    (Do not overcook.)
    Cool potatoes. Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Top with bacon bits and then grated cheese.
    Bake either in the oven or microwave until the cheese is melted good.
    Serve with Ranch dressing.
    Makes a great after school snack.
