Toll House Pan Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    12 oz. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 c. chopped Adamek Farm pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
    Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Gradually add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
    Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Makes 35 squares.
