Zesty Chicken Or Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up or 4 to 6 pork chops
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes
    melted butter or oleo coating
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and flour.
    Make a thin batter.
    Add salt, onion
    powder, garlic powder and meat tenderizer.
    Beat well. Place
    cornflakes
    on
    large flat bowl or on a pan; dip chicken in
    batter,
    roll
    in
    cornflakes
    and
    place in well greased pan. Spray with squeeze margarine.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
