Golden Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained whole kernel corn, canned or cooked frozen or fresh
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (moderate).
    Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish, set in pan of hot water 1 inch deep.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until silver knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
