Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
dash of salt
powdered sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine butter, 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar; blend until smooth.
Pat dough into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until light brown.
Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice; mix well.
Add 1/4 cup flour, salt and baking powder; blend well.
Pour over pastry.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares or bars.
