Alligator Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size alligator
brown gravy (to cover)
2 rabbits (optional)
Preparation

First catch a medium size alligator!
Skin and cut into small bite size pieces.
Add enough brown gravy to cover.
Cook over a kerosene fire for approximately 3 weeks at 325\u00b0.
Salt and pepper to taste.
This will serve about 300 to 350 people.
If more are expected, the rabbits may be added.
But do this only in an emergency, as most people do not like hare in their stew.
Serve with alligator pear (avocado) salad.
