French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. beef bouillon
    croutons
    sliced Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Simmer onions and oleo for 30 minutes.
    Add flour and bouillon.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Pour over croutons in 6 oven-safe bowls.
    Lay slices of Swiss cheese on top.
    Broil until cheese bubbles.
    Serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
