Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground chuck
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. catsup
2 to 4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix crumbs with milk and add to meat, pepper, salt and onion. Mix and shape into balls.
Roll in flour.
Fry in hot oil until brown.
Drain off grease and pour the remaining ingredients over the meatballs.
Heat gently.
Serves 4.
