Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken boiled with 2 bay leaves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender; debone; discard bay leaves.
Mix chicken, soup, and sour cream together.
Put in square baking dish.
Mix melted margarine and crushed crackers.
Place over chicken mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
