Corn Flake Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 trout fillets
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    oil (for frying)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat each trout fillet in mayonnaise, then roll in corn flakes.
    Heat oil in skillet and fry trout 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
