Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. hot coffee
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Add sour cream and coffee. Beat all ingredients about 5 minutes at high speed with electric mixer.
    Batter will be thin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, testing doneness at 30 minutes.
    Cake should be done at 35 minutes.
