Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. frozen broccoli
1 small onion (chopped)
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package. Cook rice and drain. Add chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup. Mix egg and milk and add to mixture. Add 3 c. cheese. Mix well. Put in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 55 minutes. Take out and add remaining cheese on top and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
