Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh oysters
3 c. crushed crackers
1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Grease baking dish.
Crush crackers in mixing bowl and add oysters, milk, salt and pepper.
If thin, add a few more crackers and pour into baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until golden brown or about 30 minutes.
