Hamburger In Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 medium onion, sliced thin
1 32 oz. pkg. frozen French fries
salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Divide meat into 6 to 8 equal parts and make into patties. Season to taste.
Place on foil in large baking pan and arrange onion slices on top of each patty.
Place fries around them.
Wrap foil tightly and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
