Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box confectioners sugar

Preparation

Cake:
Cream 3/4 cup butter, oil and sugar; beat in eggs. Beat in buttermilk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Stir in 1/4 cup cocoa, flour and baking soda.
Add cloves and cinnamon and fold in zucchini.
Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
