Easy Raisin Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt, 6 tablespoons of sugar, baking powder and allspice.
Add milk, egg and butter.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in raisins.
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch layer cake pan.
