Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayo
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    3/4 c. red pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
    3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
    3 or 4 carrots, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
Preparation
    Pat crescent rolls on cookie sheet; do not stretch.
    Pinch edges together to form a crust.
    Bake according to package directions; cool.
    Mix mayo, cream cheese and Ranch dressing together.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on top of baked rolls. Press veggies lightly into cheese.
    Chill.
    Cut into bite-size pieces.
