Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. hot water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix together Jell-O and water.
    In another bowl mix softened cream cheese with sugar; add Jell-O mixture.
    Beat until blended. Take the Pet milk which has been in the freezer and is chilled and icy;
    beat until it is thick and fluffy, like Cool Whip but not stiff.
    Add the Jell-O mixture, folding together with a wood spoon.
    Do not use a metal spoon, it will flatten the mixture. Spread mixture over cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Cut in squares and serve.
    You can sprinkle a few cracker crumbs over the top for decoration.
