Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cornbread, crumbled
4 c. loaf bread or biscuits, crumbled
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. broth or milk
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Prepare bread for dressing.
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
Add to the bread crumbs and seasonings.
Stir in beaten eggs and enough broth or milk to make a moist dressing. Pan dressing should be very moist.
Just before pouring mixture in pan, stir in 3 teaspoons baking powder for added fluffiness.
