Mrs. Gertie'S Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese.
Add sugar and cream again. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add flavoring.
Combine salt and flour.
Add to creamed mixture.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
