Chicken (Turkey) Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 can thinly sliced water chestnuts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl mix everything but topping.
    Place mixture in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
