Easy Overnight Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wild rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Put rice in a 3-quart or larger casserole.\tAdd boiling water and salt and pepper. Cover. Place casserole in oven. Shut off oven and forget it until morning. Refrigerate and heat before serving. Can also be frozen.
