Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small diced onion
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    2 cans mushrooms or fresh ones
    garlic salt (optional)
    1 c. uncooked, washed regular rice
    4 c. water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered. (Could be halved for smaller casserole.)
