Shrimp In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
    2 oz. butter
    1 jigger brandy
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Flour shrimp, then quick fry in wok with 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute.
    Add the garlic and pimentos and continue to fry for another minute.
    Add brandy and continue to cook for 2 minutes, then add the butter and stir until melted.
    Now add the tomato sauce and fry for a few seconds, just until sauce is heated through.
