Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Place
sliced
apples
in
greased casserole.
Sprinkle with lemon and sugar.
Blend margarine, brown sugar, flour and oats. Spread
this topping over the apples.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes
or
until
apples
are tender.
Serve plain, with whipped cream or ice cream.
