Shipwreck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (16 oz.) can red beans
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Slice potatoes; place half of slices in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Add beef, salt, pepper, beans and onion.
Arrange remaining potatoes on top.
Combine tomato soup and water; spoon over top of casserole.
Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
