Qurme Sabzi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped cilantro
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped spinach
    1 c. cooked red beans
    4 dried lemon
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 Tbsp. shawbelileh spice (optional)
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil in a large Dutch oven until tender. Add meat and brown on all sides.
    Add water.
    Let it cook for 1 1/2 hours.
