Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados (ripe)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans bean dip
    1 bunch scallions
    3 ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 bags tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados; mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco mix in a bowl.
    Spread bean dip in a 13 x 9-inch glass dish.
    Top with avocado mixture.
    Layer with sour cream/taco mixture.
    Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in layers and chill.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
