Holiday White Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unsalted butter (no substitute)
    6 large eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 lb. golden raisins
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut into small chunks
    brandy or fruit juice
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. + 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. candied whole red cherries
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    When light and fluffy, beat in egg yolks.
    Gradually add 4 cups flour and lemon extract, beating constantly until well mixed; set aside.
