Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, fried and drained
    10 oz. grated coon cheese (black wrapper)
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk mix (Pioneer or Bisquick)
Preparation
    Mix cheese and mix.
    Add sausage.
    Roll into balls and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
