Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    3 eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat on low until blended.
    Pour into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
    Stir together the sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Carefully spread on \"pie.\"
    Top with fruit in season or thickened pie filling.
