Hot German-Style Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked
    10 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and set aside.
    Pan-fry bacon.
    Remove bacon and add to bacon grease the flour; blend well.
    Add chicken broth and vinegar; cook, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens.
    Add chopped onion.
    Turn off heat and add sugar and salt.
    Cut potatoes and layer with sauce in between.
    Top with parsley.
    Can do day before.
    Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
