Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole green beans, drained
    1 pkg. carrots, cut in 2-inch strips, parboil about 8 minutes
    2 c. celery, cut in 2-inch strips
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 can whole onions
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. tapioca, sprinkle over top
    2 Tbsp. sugar, sprinkle over top
    1 tsp. sage, sprinkle over top
    1 large can whole tomatoes, pour over all
    1 stick butter or oleo, cut up, lay over top
Preparation
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
