Aebelskivers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Separate eggs. With electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
    With electric mixer at medium speed, beat egg yolks until slightly thickened.
    Gradually add sugar and salt, beating until light and fluffy.
    At medium speed, add dry ingredients to egg yolk mixture, alternating with buttermilk until thoroughly mixed.
    With rubber spatula, gently fold egg whites into batter until well combined.
    Cook in aebelskivers pan.
