Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
4 skinned chicken breast halves
4 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
-
In a glass dish, soak chicken in soy sauce.
Let stand for 10 minutes, drain chicken. Discard remaining soy sauce.
