Deer Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. ground deer meat
    12 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. salt
    1 oz. pepper
    1/2 oz. Accent
    1/2 oz. garlic powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle seasonings over meat.
    Toss until well mixed.
    Put in casings.
    Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
